This past weekend Polanski went to a Switzerland film festival in his honor and was picked up on an international warrant. Smacks of a little bravado no? Granted he'd been going to Switzerland to the point where he owns a house there but it looks like someone or some thing still wants him after 30 plus years of living high on the luxury lam.
He now faces extradition proceedings that will ultimately bring him back to the United States. The proceedings which he'll likely contest will probably be dragged out till next Spring. I doubt he goes to prison but one thing's for sure, Roman's devils are wide awake.
